Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies and staff developed a public service announcement to promote the special "Cuffs & Hoses" Blood Drive, that was held May 20, 2020. The PSA features employees passing a ring life preserver to each other to signify how blood donors can be a life line to someone else by donating the “gift of life.”

Teaming with LifeShare Blood Center for this annual blood drive is a real pleasure the Bossier Sheriff's Office team. There was a goal of 26 units for the blood drive; deputies and community supporters greatly surpassed that by giving 36 donations!
