Don's Middle ID tattoos not glowing when she's deadlifting means their strength enhancement isn't being activated. If her tattoos were activated, clearly she could just pick up the bus and run us around the City herself.
I decided I want to describe each "liftbus" variant of the sinners, just like that one guy commenting on buff fortress 2. I have no idea why. Starting with Yi Sang. Yi Sang should have a true sleeper build as someone who enjoys working out as a sufficient escape from his day to day suffering, but doesn't want the interactions it would bring because he looked muscular. He probably gets jumped by a few muggers every day who thinks he's easy prey, but all ends up in a trashcan with 27 fractures on each bone. Not that he loves doing that though. Faust would have a true chiseled body, however not one single strand more than the mathematically correct amount. You can be sure that she has a training regime that can work each bundle of muscle fibers down to the scalp, a floating point precise food program, and a variable, 617 parameters mathematical model for deriving the exact values for the previous two. Don Quixote would have a lean but flexible build - she would excel in gymnastics and calisthenics as an hyperactive person, probably been into every single nook and cranny of the City. More than looks matter where you can reach - since what are all the muscles for if you can't don a cuirass yourself? Ryoshu would have a build focused on limbs and core. Not really the best look, but she knows better to hone her artistic skills, since in the end it's the art that gets appraised, not the artist. She most likely picked up a personal trainer job somewhere and trained multiple people into bodybuilding contests, imagining every student as an art piece (both ways) and used it to further them. Meursault. Meursault by far would have the PERFECT build assuming he picks bodybuilding up in one of his searches for a point in life. The commitment, mindset and already sizeable triangle base build would have turned him into a god amongst men. Hell, let's make it a fanon that he was accepted into the Middle after outswoling Ricardo himself in a contest. Hong Lu would have a pretty interesting build depending on how it turns out - because you'd expect him to get started on without the correct experience but everything the money can buy. But considering the mindset and injuries on the way, I'd say he'd have a solid, lean base he regularly keeps in shape, but not improves much because he's distracted by another hobby he can toss an ungodly amount of money on, something like collecting funko pops and he's already spent 3 million USD on a super super super rare limited Dante funko pop despite seeing the actual guy everyday. Heathcliff wouldn't really care about bodybuilding, but the build would be there due to his rough past - expect him to have a rather bulky (but less detailed) build that's just there to resist as much damage as possible and deal as much as possible. His haymakers would probably shatter your skull though. Ishmael wouldn't even need to build anything, because of her sailor backstory. Again a not too detailed but very much capable build that kept her alive in the Lake. Talking about rock hard muscles, just lacking the chisel from perfection, but she doesn't do that because "none of those bodybuilding chumps could last an hour in the Lake, I'd rather sweep the deck than to lift". Probably no person aboard Mephistopheles could beat her in arm wrestling (maybe Faust with prep time). Rodya would %100 be into new, risky ways of training and all supplements/steroids the City could offer. She wants the biggest muscles aboard, and she is willing to take all the risks (including getting grabbed by the Sweepers, being chased down by the Middle or boarding a Warp train without a ticket). It's unknown if one of those gambles will end up with her dead, but for now, those muscles don't lie, baby. Sinclair would be a complete mixed bag, because a few days aboard Liftbus Company, he'd be adopted by any of the other sinners and adopt their style of training. He'd probably stick very hard to whichever it is though. Outis would have a slim, deceptive build, because of her life consisting of wars. Even though not chiseled or bulky as others, you could be sure that she could outpace any sinner aboard in cardio, endurance, and lifting/rowing. Gregor would be similar to Outis, however maybe a bit more chiseled and bulky. You would also see it a bit different than other sinners, because compared to them, Gregor would have a body very prone to becoming a dad body, so he has to keep a strong routine to keep in shape. Smoking doesn't help his case, but eh, whatever lets you do that rep until failure.
@@wombonius I mean, Faust with prep time means she could possibly optimize the entire concept of arm wrestling and come up with a specific configuration of muscles
Meursault should have been left as is tbh. He’s already swole. And Heathcliff, according to a friend of mine, has… oh boy, I need to quote her. “Arms I want him to choke me with…” (The rest has been omitted.)
“Protein is more important than Catherine.” - Heath-lift “I gamble on these gains, sweetie~” - Toned-dion “Haha, I never skipped leg day~.” - Hong-Lunge “I turned a psycho into my b•tch.” - Strenght-clair

And so Dante manifests his E.G.O: "Do You Want To Get Beat? Hurtily?", causing Fraudgilius to quicer in fear "BLACK SILENCE, SAVE ME!" the fraud cried out, however, it was too late, Dante had already lobotomized his ruina, and now it was time to break all of his limbus. Lunacy.
And then Dante, the one who left it all behind and his overwhelming intensity, asks the fraud, Fraudgilius, a question: " Are you the fraudest because you are Fraudgilius or are you Fraudgilius because you are the fraudest". The fraud, Fraudgilius, shivers in fear to the question, sensing the impending doom as Dante readied his E.G.O. He unleashes his stand in response, Za Fraud, but alas it was all too late. From break and ruin, the most beautiful performance begins. Dante had already ruined his library and began limbusing all over his Leviathan.
