Tune in for my latest video on grip strengthening with a new product called, Saxon Grips by Abmat. Here I discuss why the Saxon Grips can be a good training addition for those looking to challenge there grip in a somewhat unique and easily adaptable way (showing how they can be used on a variety of gym equipment from the more obvious (barbells and dumbbells) to an ExerciseLab favorite like high tension bands. I also discuss which exercises I like most and have been incorporating Saxon Grips with in my own workouts (and even warmups). While it's certainly debatable how much grip strength is enough, grip strengthening should certainly be a mainstay for anyone looking to take their overall strength and fitness to new heights, for the simple reason that stronger hands often translate to stronger lifts, not to mention you'll be the person everyone looks to whenever they can't open a jar, and hey, sometimes it's the little things.
That said, tune in and learn how to maximize results with a nifty new product called the Saxon Grips. No endorsements here I'm just a user, and so far a bit of a fan. So here's to a stronger grip.
Please subscribe and let me know what you think. I hope this helps.
