Got it working pretty sweet. I'd almost be tempted to mark the wood in 32 or 48" lengths and then put them on so that you're away from the woodyard for less time.
I thought about it but figure it needs cut regardless so might as well cut everything in one go. That way I can just split when the time comes. If I'm in a hurry I'll definitely cut longer. Thing does work out great so far.
