This video demonstrates that it is possible to lift latent fingerprints from porous paper using nothing more than light and an ordinary camera. No chemicals, powders, or fuming is necessary. The paper and fingerprint are not damaged or altered in any way.

Neat stuff, Ed. I'm sure law enforcement would be very interested to see if the technique works on other common materials. Considering how often it changes hands, can reliable prints be examined on paper tender? Would the newness of the bill make for easier to lift prints? I'm curious.

Lamp 2 specifications please . It is special made or ordinary lamp . You say it is specialised lamp . That means

The lamp is a specialized bulb that’s easily available but not very cheap. I also filter it’s light to give very specific wavelengths.
