Primex tire... 840lbs BKT.............. 680lbs Harper..........723lbs Bus RR.........905lbs Firestone.....1000lbs Old Chonky boy...2200+ Its crazy how four BKT's weigh as much as one of those 76's! I remember a few trucks back in the day that used to use those Firestones. The Lon-Ranger is the one that sticks out in my head the most.
your channel is the best Mikey, and as long as ive been on youtube, ive never gotten to see a channel grow from a few hundred to over 100k and growing. Awesome to witness and congratulations!
That higher education tire is the heaviest.. trying to move that up the ramp here in Evansville was a pain in the ass😂 But it made for a great experience
Ok o was wrong bout the BKT tire lol. Thank you Mikey for making the videos and sharing such great content and behind the scenes that go into owning an monster truck your videos are greatly appreciated so thank you again.
I was your subcriber since late 2018 when you did your first monster truck vlog at Bristol motor speedway! I enjoyed watching every videos you post and sometimes I learn something new! Keep up the with videos and monster truck videos. And hopefully soon when you and the team is doing a monster truck show in texas I'll definitely be there to give you a hand! ;)
Mikey! You are awesome brother! Love the vids as always. Hope to see one of your shows someday and meet ya. My kids and I watch you as often as possible! Keep the good stuff coming brother!
Interesting! I always thought most of them were about 1000. It's kinda funny seeing all the tires standing around the yard. Kinda looks like cows out in a pasture, lol. Do you go tire-tipping for fun??
I remember those old school GoodYears. jebus they are some heavy beasts. havent seen a 77 inch in quite a long time. OE would look sweet with the 77s on even if just for a photoshoot
You can only imagine how much the Prime X tires weigh on Joey's with those full cleats, even after shaving. They came in, I think if I recall, right around 750-800 lbs after getting the Hater Cut treatment. Goes to show the weight of the tires can make a difference.
I weighed all of Earthquake's wheels and tires together. They were 3K even. Sooo, 750 each. Two full cleat 6 ply Firestones and two 10 ply Goodyears with about half tread left.
Hi, from what I understand four wheels of the lighter ones, weigh more than my humble car .. Fiat Panda ZAF 141, 1994, 702 kg 1547.65 lbs. Great, maybe with some changes .. Greetings.
That old heavy wheel on the firestone is 200lb heavier that the other wheels so the firestone should come in at about 800lbs on a current race truck wheel.
I would not put that one ton tire on a monster truck unless it has earth mover suspension or ultra heavy duty suspension. Looks like it would tear the hub out.
