Custard:
2 eggs
50-150 g sugar
500 ml milk
50 g flour
Shortbread base:
250 g cookies
100 g butter
Jam:
300 g berries
50 g sugar
Recipe ｡*ﾟ+
Mix eggs, sugar, flour and a little milk from the total amount. Heat (do not boil) the rest of the milk, mix everything together and put on low heat. Stir vigorously until thickened - our custard is ready ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
Grind your favorite cookies into crumbs and mix with soft butter. Form a shortbread base in a container, fill it with custard and pour berries ground with sugar on top ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Put it in the refrigerator overnight and our light dessert made from the simplest ingredients is ready ヾ(＾∇＾)
