Maybe that’s what was being worked when I listened to it. I went out side and had a good 30-45 min grounding session before hand and then bout an hour later I took a long walk up on top our hill and got grounded for 15 min and went right into this and my left side from my neck down to my hip especially along my gut and kidneys it was like the most powerful magnet jst pulling something out of my body! I feel like I got my butt whooped or got run over by a horse but I know it was such a good thing!! I’m totally exhausted still the next day and I’m someone who goes hard at everything and that’s exactly what happened for me. Love this!!

I use a pendulum in order to communicate with my higher self I am able to get yes and no answers from the pendulum.... The reason I am sharing this is because people who are having a hard time I want you to know that you can communicate with your higher self using a pendulum there are many videos that teach you how to use it so I will not go into that... But this works so well I want you all to know that you just need to set the intention because intention is everything that this is going to remove any and all alien devices that are within your body and aura, and then you can ask the pendulum aka your higher self if everything is gone or if you need to listen to it again. My higher self informed me that I would need to listen to it three times in order to have everything removed. So yeah I just wanted to share this because I know a lot of people feel like they are in the dark with this stuff and if you start using a pendulum you will have a connection with your higher self that is undeniable yes you will mainly be asking yes or no questions but you will learn very quickly how to phrase things and ask things for those yes and no questions just be very careful that you always ask to connect with your higher self make sure that you believe that you will only be communicating with your higher self or your highest good if you set that intention you will be fine.
