Another great video! I think this would be a great lens to have, but I'm trying to decide between this and the EF 400mm f5.6L USM. They both cost the same used, and since i'll probably be shooting at 400mm 90% of the time the wider aperture of 5.6 vs 8 could be helpful.
Awesome!!!! The R50 would not replace my R3 but for the price for someone just getting into photography it is an awesome place to start! It is funny that you mention dynamic range and we all look and see something different in camera bodies and raw files. I have had several Sony cameras and always hated the raw images until the A6700 - the rest were just flat to me no matter how I processed them. Ah well. The R50 has terrible rolling shutter but even the Sony A1 had that and so does the Canon R5. I did find the RF 100-500 to be sharper in many cases on the R50 and found the eye tracking to be really impressive - especially for the price. Oh, and the video - that was impressive too. And.... for only $579 right now LOL. I like squire crops too. And oh yeah... I liked the JPEGS out of camera as well LOL 🙏🤗💖

@@PhotoGearFun I just bought an R50...... I was really impressed. For someone just getting into photography, or someone that has trouble holding larger cameras these days - it is an awesome little gem!! I will have to try it with the 200-800 as well. 🤗💖
