Have such a beautiful day today! Here's another super short Light Language Lightning Bolt!
As always, Light Language is best received if you are fully present and in your heart-space.
- Put your feet on Mother Earth if you can, or the ground.
- Uncross your limbs, to let the Light frequencies flow through you.
- Take a few deep, heart-centered breaths (imagine that you are breathing into your Heart, instead of your lungs).
- Mentally/vocally express that you are willing to accept all energies from this transmission that are for you Highest good (or whatever other terms you prefer, that make you feel safe and loved, knowing that I always ask for the messages to be for the Highest Good of All before recording these).
- Then let the greater intelligence in you absorb the healing frequencies of this beautiful heart-centered language.
