Followed this process with a little different wiring plan but it was a super easy install thanks to knowing what to look for. Keep up the work Rho!

I did the same thing, except I used rock crawling lights. Great how to vid. This route is much cheaper than the Kawasaki aux lights.

The lights are LED so they don’t give off much heat, if any.

Aloha and good morning, I'm thinking about getting the 2021 Vaquero. *My question is what size is the headlight? 6" or 7"? I've been trying to find out and having trouble finding the answer. Mahalo much for doing your videos, great work. 🤙🏾

im definitely going this route. the kawasaki oem auxiliary light kit you have to buy just to get the mounting brackets is $270 + the bezel for the lights it comes with are chrome. your way looks better and costs less.

Hey Rho, Vancouver 🇨🇦 Vaquero rider here. Lovin the diy mod vids you've posted 🫶 Can u give me a brief explanation of your headlight? I really like that style over the HD "daymaker" style. Would like to know make, model, & difficulty of install. Did you need to install LED resistor or buy an aftermarket bracket for the bulb? Thanks 🤙

Yooooo! Nice install. You’ve inspired my project. Question though, aux lights are now always on right? I’m trying to power them through a switch. The voyagers have a push button on the left blank plate side of the fairing and there is just an open female end connector there waiting for the push button on our vaqueros. I’m assuming though. Thoughts? I can show you a video of that explains it better.

Heyy thanks!! That makes sense. Yes my aux lights come on when the key is on accessory. I’m not familiar with how to install the switch BUT I have seen people do it so I know it can be done. Check the CVN FB group. I’m pretty sure I saw a post in there about it.

They’re LED turn signal strips. Don’t know the brand. I’d send you the link but I don’t have it. I think I got them on EBay

@@RidingWithRho thanks for the quick reply. I am still up in the air about getting a vaquero. I do not want to spend harley type money if I don't have to. My issue is I am 6'5. So finding a bike that fits is an adventure

Ohhhh that makes sense. And then you’d probably have to make a few mods on either bike to make it comfortable for you. I get what you’re saying. I have the complete opposite problem with the height situation...lol...but if I can help, let me know.
