Im getting ready to install a new switch in my 88 gt.....i noticed that you did NOT hook up (install) the fog lights connector...but you said your car has the fog lights? please advice me...?
The fog light connector is a seperate smaller clip that goes just under the rear of the foglight switch. You will see the smaller connector attached to your old light switch. Simply remove both the head light connector and fog light connector off your old light switch and on to your new light switch. The fog light switch is easier to remove. All you need is a flat screw driver. Slide the screwdriver under the clip and at the same time push with your thumb sliding clip away from old light switch. Sorry I didn't mention or record that part on the video.
Actually the wire nuts are more practical. When it's time to replace the clip, a quick twist and the wire comes off. It's quick, safe and is out of sight since its inside the dash.
