The best video about lighting techniques ever existed on youtube! I was feeling so lost and finally I understand all the principles and how the come together. This could easily be a paid masterclass. Thank you so much for the amazing content you are sharing with us for free !!!!
I really can't thank you enough for this. I was getting overwhelmed with the amount of videos online on lighting and I just couldn't find ones that were as clear as this. This was by far the best one that I have seen, beginning from the visuals, to the voice clarity, and the information. Much respect to you sir and best wishes to you and your lovely family.
Remarkable! Dozens of rambling RU-vid videos, a laborious industry jargon filled textbook - finally, I find this gem. Concise, simple, and narrated at a sensible speed. You have a gift for teaching and simplifying Lighting. Beautifully done. Thank You so much!
Really Appreciate the effort you took for Making such an awesome video, very much informative, a well explained in a practical way, really you deserve more views, keep creating
I'm very surprised why this video is only seen by about 16K!!! It should be viewd by 100s of thousands cause it gives so much vital information to any film student or even advanced filmmakers. Keep it up I hope you'll make more videos
Oh my wow. Thank you so so so so much. Well structured, cleared explained with visual. I feel like applying to be your student. Grateful for you and this content. 🙏🙏🙏
Maaan... You've just changed my life... This was the correct way I needed to learn about lighting. Thank you, very, very much. I'll check your channel for sure. Thanks again.🙂
Well.. your Video is like a Workshop which is good enough to understand about the lighting. The best part about it was that you have given the demo with practicals, which is not covered in any Film Book (as per my knowledge). Thank You Again for this wonderful and informative tutorial. Would love to see more from your end.
Thanks for making such a great video🙏. Never got so much value even with the paid courses. I am gonna implement some of your techniques very soon. Best wishes for your channel👍. BTW was thinking what is it that you talk to you camera while filming 😃
@@LoveWhatYouDo Having produced video since 1996, I can tell the love and pride that went into it. I'm about to watch it again. It's packed with great advice.
This is an excellent and thorough lighting video (and I've seen a ton!) Quick question, do these moving blankets work well to black out windows? I've been looking at a cheap solution for that.
Thanks! Moving blankets could work. They are also good for reducing reverb in a room. That being said, if I had to cover a lot of windows, I would consider this: Duvetyne (Commando Cloth) Flame Retardant Darkroom Blackout Cloth.
