Another great video (subject and presentation). Question : Does this process work w/ the other sliders in the Basic Panel ? Thanks for your continued generous consideration, Steph_Louisiana
First comment, after watching your videos I have found them very interesting, informative and easily understood unlike many others that are unable provide a decent flow. I have not noticed one as yet showing how to deal with chromatic aberration, if you have one would you be so kind as to post a link. Many thanks and keep them coming.
Cracking video, Anthony, as are all your videos. Question: The model in this video, the one wearing glasses, how did you get her skin looking so good? Cheers. Tom.
Great tips. Thanks you so much! I'd be really grateful if you could find a moment to answer this quick question. Would you do these adjustments before or after any other edits (white balance, exposure, shadows etc.)? If one was to do this and then continue editing, will anything else influence the value of the white and black points?
It comes down to personal preference -- I like to do Blacks/Whites after all the other sliders in the basic panel and after anything I might do with the tone curve.
Hi Anthony! Very useful advice. However, I have a question: Although rarely the case, but it still happens, so what about pictures that don't have white and/or black in them at all? Cause in that case the respective slider will just jump to -100 and basically distort the colors in the image? Do those pictures need white/black adjustments, or should they be simply ignored?
Actually you don´t have to do the whole crop procedure it´s enough to just mark the crop area with the frame and than shift-double click, then just press esc and you are done. At least this works on pc I don´t know if it´s the same with mac.
