Awarded the Golden Moose for “Best Deer” in 2017, this hunt from Season 10 of Bone Collector was something special. The hunt was also featured on Realtree’s Monster Bucks. Michael Waddell catches this buck cruising and puts on a clinic on how to grunt and snort wheeze. This big, 10 point buck came in on the very first afternoon of our hunt at the Hooray Ranch. Thank you Eric Dunn for allowing us access to such an amazing piece of ground in Kansas. Great people, great camp and really big deer!! That was an awesome hunt. I can't believe it all came together. Then, the camera shots!!! There must have been 4 different angles on the kill shot. Add to that the buck stopped perfectly in the open and you slung a text book hit on him. Man.. I have been waiting for your next youtube post and you did not disappoint.

I think T-Bone shot a buck from a silo blind, if I'm not mistaken. Like you said sometimes you don't have to go deep in the woods. Nice buck congratulations.

Because this doesn’t even compare to actual hunters on RU-vid like hunting public, born and raise etc. This is plot sitting on highly managed properties that 99 percent of people will never have the option to hunt and do not relate to. Wonder why bone collector only has 43k subs and has been around for years? Theres your answer.

I guess I just have always liked Michelle I watched him go from camera man on realtree to where he is now. Me and him are about the same age and I am a business man I know it takes a hell of a lot of work that people don’t see to have success. Yes Michelle in a way is lucky to be able to hunt the places he hunts but I also know he worked his butt off to get where he is. I just don’t see any reason someone that like deer hunting would dislike the video. Now all the PETA yuppies I can see them disliking it LOL!!!

i don't count these paid hunts as hunts anymore.. no work put in for scouting, all done by the guide. Just show up and give money. The very thing ruining our hunting heritage.

One of my stands on one of my leases in Kansas is literally 150 yards from a road. I can watch the cars drive by from my tree and its the best stand i got there. The deer cross the road and come right down the main cow trials.

I agree with the whole you dont have to go deep in the middle of the woods to find deer in the mid west. I live in Springfield missouri area and hunt about an hour north around stockton lake. I will say that right now I am hunting deep in the middle of a huge conservation area cuz there is a monster that is living in it and it's the only place I have seen him during the day. he is a very smart old buck but I'm sure I will get him before season is over lol.

Don't be a moron. People say that about every successful hunt these guys do. They would be paying 10s of thousands of dollars a year for all of those big deer. They are not fenced in. I know guys who kill deer that size every year on their own land. It's called management, time, scouting, work!

Humm let me go through my buck menu and pick the one I want, then let me see all of them on the same hunt , then let me do a terrible calling sequence that would scare away most deer, then let my buck catch me picking my bow up off the hanger and stop for a perfect 15-20 yard shot. Award winning is right for one of the worst and fakest hunting shows on Earth. After watching the hunting public and the hunting beast this crap just makes me wanna gag
