Nice brew kit. I really like the little burner. Don't get discouraged. It will take longer than you think it would to be back to normal and remember not to try to rush by doing more than you're supposed to. It will only make it worse or take longer. Just want to see you make a full recovery my friend. The land there is very nice and peaceful looking. What a great close place to escape to. God bless and stay safe.

Hawthorn berries are just starting to pop out around here. I use quite a lot of plantago major. I've been known to roast many roots together, dandelion, plaintain, blackberry, raspberry, chicory, and sassafras. I use around 3 in a "coffee" blend that I grind up after dry roasting over a campfire.

yup, check for ticks, a few years ago i got bit by one and caught lymes disease it knocked me for six luckily my doctor new what it was instantly and smashed me with huge doses of antibiotics( but i dont think you ever get rid of it)

A stovestand fitting inside the container is something I have not seen before. I like your video. this is basic and real cheap (not just "yeah, you can do it under 100" stuff or "totally need a french press and coffeegrinder for a real brew kit"). You puty craftines and your mind to work and share these ideas. That selfmade mini inferno was great. Did you say you are gonna reuse it? How? I didn't understand that part.
Thanks! I appreciate your kind words! The little stove is fuelled by wax so as long as there is still wax in the rolled up cardboard, it can be used again. Once it has cooled and re set it can be packed away and re lite again next time it’s needed. I usually get 4-6 uses out of each little buddy burner stove before having to make a new one. @@MadDogSurvival Ah! Thank you yourself for the quick and sure adwise. The general principle was clear to me, but I messed up in understanding the reset. I thought, one had to refill the cotton or something finicky with melting again. Just cooling seems fine. Maybe I'll try to build one later this year. I'm fairly new to the bushcraft with more in on the crafting part. It is good to know, who/where to come for such helpful answers. Take care mate!

Good to see you out and about mate, nice look and demo of your micro brew kit, just what is needed whithout extra fluff, and good little spot for a brew up, I've seen the Sawyer, s1 filter that takes out chemicals , pesticides etc, and the micro filter on top takes out the water born nasties, not cheap I think ,but might be worth a look to protect your health mate, I sympathise whith you , as I have heart probs, and can't now tolerate caffeine, so de,Caffè everything, and I've been alot better since I gave it up. Take it steady, don't rush about, it's a slow job, but you'll get there, as Clint said a man's got to know his limitations, stay safe mate, best wishe's to you and your's, Stuart uk
