The helmet one was possible. Newton’s laws motion, once in motion, stays in motion unless another force acts upon. The guy was moving forward so there was momentum built in the helmet to go forward. Since the helmet was already moving forward, it won’t stop and there was no other force that was acting upon the helmet, so it went forward. Sorry for my terrible English.

Ngl if it went behind him as we can infer as when he kicked the helmet it went left(offscreen) and comes back to the right perfectly on his head, it doesn’t look real due to the speed it looks edited.
After review it is false. It didn’t land on his head hit it lands on his back and onto to the ground also the law of inertia is something moves or rest until acted upon which it inevitably will aka gravity.
9:03 when you asked how he hit the helmet and it came back and landed on his head is simple physics. However the landing on his head part was luck. But when he kicks the helmet with his heel it causes the helmet to go into a cycle-like motion causing it to change it's trajectory mid-air. That's how it happened. The helmet part had to have been luck however
@@shadon1448 yes, however even if you are moving at a high velocity and your helmet flies off of your head it will simply go straight, fall and roll, not fly forward high up and land on your head (not following your current point of velocity and momentum) however when he kicked it with his heel it caused the helmet itself to fly higher due to its cycle-like motion causing it to take on it's own trajectory and cause it's own velocity to increase grabbing air mid flight then rolling like the cycle on your washing machine and he then slid into the spot where the trajectory of the helmet was already going 😊
