I think it's because they canonically only help in the final mission so it'd be anticlimatic if you could just call them before that

Yes, but it's only 1 point of damage. I haven't figured out how to fix this damage value yet. Maybe adjusting the support character's level directly is a method, but I haven't tried it.

When you unlock Delivery Help in the main story, everything is automatically unlocked.

No, this is just a mod. Wang Tou doesn't serve as a support fighter in the story.

@@liamnebula Very low. While enemies don't directly attack the support characters, they will end up in a critical state if they get hit during enemy attacks on our side.

I forcibly changed the taxi's stage ID to Hawaii, so Kiryu would move to Hawaii.

@@UDONTHAVEANAME. No, all the dialogues and sub-quests are still Kasuga's; clearly, Kiryu in Hawaii didn't get any adaptation.

​@@UDONTHAVEANAME.Maybe not for the protagonists, but definitely for the other members. The protagonists being in the same spot would make a mess of the story (assuming it's in base game), but the other characters could still be with the others, with a split team still happening so you don't have Kiryu soloing while Kasuga sends an army out

Yamai has two different forms, and the mod uses his second form from later in the game. What you're referring to is probably the first one.
