how do you get all those eye of dragons?

Complete most side stuff for platinum, and rescue all people in the dungeons specially the DLC one, I got one from there.

you need to max all your party members bond level so they will auto attack an enemies when they downed. all your 7 star weapons must be strengthen to +50 max. im guessing you didn't spent that much time grinding big swell before starting new game plus.

No need, I went with that build and went fine. Bonds were maxed.
