I see him bending the strings at 3:00 with his left hand but what is he doing with the right hand?

@@sw2de3fr4gt he is not bending the strings actually, his left hand stays tight on the chord and while that last chord is ringing out his right hand pushing the body of a guitar - that creates a tension cause basically you are bending a guitar (usually you bend headstock outside and body inside to) so the sound of a note/chord getting more like shivering sound. i hope that helps.
