This is why we love Lil B. All of the fun and jokes aside, his message has always been JUST BE YOURSELF. This is one of the rare instances that he really speaks about it in detail. Lil B was so ahead of his time back then. Wild seeing this ten years later and how the political landscape and media has changed... he'd be shocked if I could tell him back then.
I think he addressed some pretty good statements. Homophobia is stupid and we should just let people do whatever they want sexually, it is of no business to you.
plus not being shackled by any religion he believes in god and every religion, not tied down to one and going into comments spamming lame bible quotes or jesus saves comments 🤦♂️

I think that tolerance IS growing and developing over time. However, I ALSO feel that the over-flamboyancy, expressed/exerted by a 'portion' of the gay community, helps fuel the fire 4 some. It's fine to be gay, and over time ppl will come/grow to accept it, but pushing & flaunting it 2 the point u (gay person) KNOW you're going to make ppl uncomfortable ISN'T tha way to go about speeding this process. All you're going to accomplish by agitating ppl like that is fear/resentment 4 gays as a WHOLE
I get what he is saying but good and bad is every where. I believe the same thing and I do read the bible and dont follow other religions. People who do the worst or the most no matter who they are makes the world bad. However this man confuses me too much to really get excited. Noone realizes how deep his music is. They judge based purely on what they see on the surface but don't see that this man is spreading positivity and love through his art.
This DOESN'T mean I think gays should blend in. If u can't understand what it is I'm saying then 4get it, but those that can - KNOW what I'm referring to. I'll give 1 example though. When a gay man is talking to another male stranger, and begins trying to flirt with him by means of gentle gay slaps and giggles, that's NOT ok. Don't bring/force others that appear to be straight (or ANY1 u don't KNOW to be gay) to endure YOUR gay flirting modus operandi.. Period. This will go a long way 2 helping.
Just because he says something nice... doesn't make him intelligent. Rappers kill me talking about hate crimes and black people hating each other but it doesn't reflect on their music. I have checked out a few songs and they are for ignorant ears only.

False lil b spreads his message freely And doesn’t give af but he spreads his message more thru music on “I’m gay” And he was young asf in a era where homophobia was still normalized on the internet and everywhere (still is in a lot of places on the internet)
