Lil Crip Toe, 42, aka Pinky Loc from Eight Tray Gangster Crips, Back West Side, was recently released from prison after serving 8 years in prison for bank robberies. He originally received a 28 year sentence, but had that sentence overturned and was released early 2014. He is transitioning back into society by way of a half-way house that helps ex offenders find their way back into society, In 1986 he shot his mother's boyfriend on 81st & Western and was incarcerated for that offense at 14 years old. In 2004 he was shot multiple times, including in the head, on 97th Street and Normandie Avenue.
