I love you so much and I would like to share this with you. And you can take it however you would like. The condemnation is this that everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But this is the gospel which means the good news. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. And the only way to be saved is to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. Believe that he died and was raised on the third day by God the father. Ask him to receive the holy Spirit. Repent from your sins (which means turn away). And be baptized in the name of the father son and the Holy Spirit.
