"When you're battling someone like Lil G you have to get him with something he doesn't do--musicality" Uhm...Lil G's musicality is amazing. you can tell from his first set alone. Elbow spin to airflaire to 90 back to elbow spin on beat? That sounds like musicality to me.

Lil G definitely improved this year. He made it to the finals and showed a different side to himself. I noticed during this battle, Morris tried to hit the beat and there wasn't a scratch or beat to hit.

Geografia UNESA Exato, eu acho que Wing só perdeu porque já tinha sido campeão no ano anterior, além disso ninguém conseguiu ganhar dois anos consecutivos, e os juízes ajudaram Morris por estar em casa. Mas Red Bull é isso mesmo infelizmente, nunca ganha o melhor, ganha quem eles quiserem.

Difficult moves don't necessarily mean they shine. And also, each dancer has his own style and Morris is no exception. You can't compare the moves Lil G did and the moves Morris did. I'd say both of them gave it a good show.

Red Bull goes out of their way to mess up a battle with drunk cameramen, strobe lights, smoke, replacing audio with music that was never played and fake crowd reactions..... and still, bboys like Lil G and Morris make this shit watchable.

i think that lil g had an insane second set and power throughout but morris's musicality and precision/on beat just killed it Morris had superior foot work and his stuff was much cleaner so morris for me

Why do some of you guys say that Lil G didn't deserve to win and that he's overrated and all this? Alot of you guys think that just cause a bboy does mostly power moves, it means that his power moves can't be on beat. If you listen closely to the music and how Lil G dances, you'd realize that most of his moves are on beat even though they're power moves and he rocked it really well. Morris beat Lil G in 2009 and now Lil G beat morris in 2011. Why can't some people just accept that he won

Ok, both are legit... I would put some lead in the commentator's brain though. He said Lil G lacks musicality! Is this mofo fo real? Lil G is known PRECISELY for his musicality; he's a damn SALSA dancer besides being a Bboy. Oh, and I agree with most other posts, Lil G won because his moves were clean all the way, even the crazy shit. What's the use of doing some crazy shit if you gonna crash?
