this is soooo cuuute!!!!! When I was a kid, my mom and I would "play" zelda games together (I would play and she would watch and help with the puzzles when i was stuck) This is the kinda game I could see us doing that with again

I loved this game when it first showed up on twitter for me and im definitely picking it up now. i think the issue with the glider though was you didnt fall far enough to activate it

When game publishers give the press a game early, for reviewing purposes etc, they make the person receiving the game sign a contract that basically says "don't show anything until X date" or "you are limited to only talking about the first area of the game". That's called an embargo.

Embargos in the context of reviews is basically agreements to not share reviews and other unapproved information (as opposed to approved pre-release event info, such as media tours) about the product until the embargo lifts. These exist to help keep review quality higher than "nonexistant", by letting all potential reviewers have time to play and create their review products and release at/near the same time as other review sources. Otherwise you'd have journalists and content creator speeding through and rushing their reviews to be the first one out, which leads to lower quality reviews.

I was gonna say, the Rare (or ex-Rare) team actually managed to make a cute game for once without it turning into Conker's Bad Fur Day. Not sure if they entirely restrained themselves from putting in six dick jokes only British people will get, though.
