I respect the evolution of this brother. He had us hyper af jumpin' around in mosh pits back in the day to now telling us to calm down and meditate. 💯💯💯
So, if you've eaten whole foods until you were in your 30's, but the next 30 would not allow you accrss to the same whole foods as the first half do to enironmental issues, and GM0 life style etc... That doesnt help in any way carrying you into the latter part of your life? So, excersizing and eating healthy as a child into your 30's doesnt even help in holding a build, shape or form or metabolically if some how you can't sustain this life and under different circumstances healthy foods and just working a physical job won't give you a long healthy life?
Insta relaxed, here. This enveloped my nervous system in a weighted blanket of dynamic peacefulness. Instantly. That's very unusual for me. I'm kind of a human pinball so day. I clicked on this because of an the orange, that's my color lately. But then, kind of jokingly I drooped my stance to kind of a wet scarecrow pose and just swayed back and forth, then I closed my eyes, I felt compelled to repeat the affirmations in a style similar to a very drunk person... It was full on. I don't even know what that was but I feel good after :)Thanks. Oh yeah, my dog even came to check on me. Cute stuff. Peace 👉
