Had a rough go and so underrated. Lil Mama had class. No cap. It shows even today. She was a lady in the rap game and the rap game was never ready for that. I stack her up there with MC Lyte which is high praise. They all did their thing and eventually learned the lessons life had to teach them, for better or for worse.
I don't know why everyone always feel the need to speak negative about Lil Mama. I personally thinks she's very gifted and talented in her own way and and in her own lane. No one ever gets her "characteristics" or style. That in my eyes makes her UNIQUELY TALENTED!
