The burbs in Chicago is different that what most people think of the burbs.....its really just a slang that means not in the inner city but the burbs dont mean rich and uppetty in Chicago....just to be clear. Alot of black people who arent rich live in the burbs and city a hour away from Chicago that still have gangs and issues. From CHI to Mil all up 94 its members in every city.
