He was right you do tie belt or use turning kit or anything to apply pressure on upper extremities if hit in the leg you dont take belt off until the gunshot wound is packed with gauze to stop the bleeding and stopped the flow then cleaned and procedure is finished. He did right. They teach us this in the millitary

The belt was deff right thing to do I got hit in the main artery in my back of my leg where my knee cap is at the bullet ended up sticking out but still was in the skin poking out the right side of my knee I couldn’t feel my thigh down to my foot and I was hit in my nerve as well and I ended up fracture my femur bone and had to take vein from left leg to put it in my right leg skin graph they open my right side leg from my ankle to my knee cap on the side of my right leg which look like big oval idk y but I guess to cause blood flow but it hit different wen u get hit in ur main artery
Ik yeen cappin either cuz when I got shot the bullet barley missed a artery and the doctor was telling me if it did the situation would’ve been way different I was only in the hospital for a day
