No because this is one of the biggest flexes. I like how he actually included all the articles showing exactly how much of an explosion he’s made in the past year as a soloist. Mad respect.
It’s a success story. The performance started with his song explaining his struggles like his songs weren’t doing numbers and ended with Industry Baby which top the Billboard top 100.
Im seeing this super late, but omg i love not only his stage presence but also his back up dancers. they full send everything and its amazing. I also love the more slimmed down parts that makes the more dramatic parts hit that much harder. Brilliant performance and charisma.
This guy has it all. He's a great performer great writer great dancer and whatever he sells he makes you believe in it. He is so refreshing! When you hear him you can't confuse him with anyone. He has his own style and his own type of beats and writing. He is one of the only ones that I can say that is pulling diffrent pop in this industry. He sounds like no one but himself! Can't wait to see him live one day.
I love how Jack Harlow's performance didn't really overlap Lil Nas' moment. Like how it did for the song. It was there to add flavor, to add some spice, to bring out all the flavors it could present, and he delivered.
Hey guys, my name is Jimmy Smith and I am a singer from Australia! Do you mind checking my bands new song and perhaps leaving some kind words and/or a like? All good if not, no stress! :D ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nfbNyIMKyDs.html
There's something about Lil Nas X that always makes me smile when I watch his performances. There's something about the music, choreography, singing and just everything coming together makes me feel inspired and happy
@@bi4z327 that’s not true, there’s plenty of artist w rich families and privileges that allow them to be that successful. Them on the other hand didn’t have that
@@bi4z327 No way u said everyone came from nothing. Alot of singers today come from rich families who wouldn't care less of their child hadn't got a job....Lil nas and jac on the other hand, they came from nothing.
As a Lil Nas X fan the Grammys literally ofended me for not giving him AT LEAST ONE GRAMMY. Montero is a really good Album and probably one of the best EVER. And is not even CD format...
This guy is just great, the confidence on the stage, the overall body expression and the production are freaking solid, not a really huge fan of mainstream music but I'll put this on my top mainstream live performances of the last years just after the Tyler The Creator's 2020 grammy's
Nas's voice is how I think I sound when I'm singing in front of the mirror but it's not even close lmfao. Also keep up the good work I want that SAME energy next concert
i have mad respect for him, like he doesnt even care if people find montero over-sexual, or if people hate him, and he does quality over quantity. he's the kind of artist i wish people always are
@@M1T0K1D nobody cares when a dude makes an “overly”, overtly sexual song as long as it’s about banging chicks. TI has a song where he’s talking about screwing 29 women at the same time, and they got a problem with Lil Nas X. Fuck outta here.
Plus ppl think they have to kiss up to awards organizations to be successful. As long as they have us as fans, he's doing really good. Very smart, active, and talented.
He’s getting so much better at singing live. Good performance Lil Nas X is so dope. I can't stop watching this track again and again. I am sure he will be #1 soon due to 💖 A u t h e n t i c V i e w s D o a t C o a m 💖
Lil Nax X has been the person I listened to since grade 4, Now I'm grade 8 and still listen to him, I remember when old town road first came out I heard people singing it including my crush so I decided to memorize the lyrics by heart, I cant believe its been 4 years... I'm so glad I got the best first impression of you that I ever could of asked for, I fucking love you man
I cannot. The dance diversity that we see in this performance. Generic pop, tap and stepping. Incredible showmanship that lends itself not just visibly but audibly to the performance. Kudos to the choreographer!
I love the part where he says "You were never really rootin for me anyway"...straight, gay, bisexual, male, female, black, white or indifferent. Haters gonna find a reason to hate you. The key is DON'T LET THEIR UGLY JUMP ON YOU! KEEP GOIN!!!
this is mad talent.. its been sooo long since the entertainment industry have such profound entertainer.. EVERYTHING is so coordinated and focus and fun and respectful and provoking... so inspiring... mad respect for monterro man..
As a 50 year old mama. To see this beautiful talented young man, be free, and confident in himself, I'd say it's about time the world accepted it. EVERY HUMAN DESERVES TO FEEL FREE TO BE COMFORTABLE IN THEMSELVES AND LOVED Phenomenal performance
The first time I saw Nas’ MV (yesterday 😅) I was immediately captured by his energy and vibe. He was so radiant, confident and projects happiness, I guess I was living under a rock and didn’t ever come across his work. But it blew my mind after 3 seconds of watching it! ❤ only discovered him from the League’s star walkin song 🎶 I’m a fan now 🎉
He is a pop star like a proper pop star in the same line as MJ, Beyonce, Madonna, Gaga. The costume, the music, the stage, the dance breaks, the iconography, the controversy, the storytelling etc. some more years under his belt performing and improving his technique, and some real hits and he is gonna be a fucking legend. Edit: for clarification cause people kept mentioning it. A "real hit" for me is a song that lasts years and decades of popularity A song so unabashedly considered popular that it stands thae test of time to the point that even tho their music has changed or the industry has changed their music still stands the test of time.
"real hits" but he already has 3 #1s? you're saying all of those songs are fad and relied on controversy? honey i have news to break to you, madonna did the same...
I LOOOVE the progression of his dancing skills that we’ve seen at his performances. His steps at 1:35 are great, and I really can’t wait to see how he getter better and better. You can really tell he puts his all into his performances and wants them to be a good time for everyone. Truly memorable 😚💗💗
I am from 🇮🇳 and usually back in the days i was not used to English songs except some hand full of artists and this guy just drag me to the pop world and Montero is the only song which i consider to be the iconic among all of i heard till date, respect bro waiting for more
I dont really care, if People think that this is " oh evil & etc " this man is incredible. Like wow. He has came so far, from the popular song, "old town road" to now days, its amazing. To see how far he came.
I can't get over this performance. I'm a lil nas stan!!! There is literally No one doing what you're doing. Not one other artist. You're one of a kind in a SATURATED industry. You're the industry baby 💗
Bro Nas is so goated, like everytime I see him perform or listen to the songs I just get a sense of happiness and I can’t help but jam out to it. Theres nothing to not like about this guy, he’s got such a great vibe all around and I’m here for it
Not a huge fan or anything but this performance was amazing. It showed off his story so well (from what I know about him) and the dance break was iconic, the backup dancers were insane. The standing ovation was deserved 😌
Lil Nas has to be one of my most fav ppl in the world ! Not just rapper/singer/artist He’s every damn thing to me. I agree with a comment, he needs to be a Super Bowl halftime show yesterday! He’s a legend. He’s huge and I still feel he’s underrated!
The transitions of the songs that don't promise anything but deliver EVERYTHING. I loved it so much. This performance is wonderful in absolutely everything!
I remember the second I laid eyes on that title INDUSTRY BABY Lil Nas X omv it had 1.2 mil views 12 hours old I loved that song and still do. You are true legend keep it up man
It’s so beautiful to watch his dreams come true specifically when he hits the stage. Idk it just an energy that shines through each performance that makes me proud somehow?
Much respect to the OG Montero, his voice + his dancing style is sweet more than honey. I'm watching this video from kenya🇰🇪🇰🇪More love to lil nas x❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I've lost count how many times I've watched this video. It's the music, choreography, vocals, and the set. Montero is a first class artist and he doesn't give a f#@k what the naysayers throw at him.
One thing about this artist is that he never disappoints. Keep singing, my dear. I'm following you from the Ivory Coast 🇨🇮. God bless and protect you and everybody reading this comment now.
