Y'know i find it really interesting that the silver lacquer makes the trombone sound more bright, and that makes Jim's sound seem familiar to lil chris x's because of the lacquer.

I've done an experiment like that combining the two instruments. The fundamental note is b natural.

I used the trumpet tuning slide and attached it to the bottom tube on the trumpet and where the slide connects to the bell on the trombone

@@sandyman566 Not necessarily sound effects. I knew someone who could make a tuba sounds like an upright bass by using their voice while they played. Completely reasonable that you could do similar things on trombone, especially considering the trombonist in question
