This is because cops are listening to judges on what to charge. So even if Dundee took it to court, he would lose because this is what the judges are sayin to do

A certain judge wanted it to be charged to "see if it sticks" aka see what management aka Buddha/koil and the rest of admins think. Dundee was an idiot n instantly plead guilty to which decker then used as precedence to say to Suarez n Ellie your getting these accessory charges cause Dundee plead guilty to it until koil/Buddha shut it all down n that's why decker aka asteroba has been in such a shitty cry baby mood since cause he thinks he may get fired which imo he should.

To explain it. Its an "Accessory after the fact" charge which I think is a dumb thing to enforce on NoPixel in the first place. Meaning you were not directly associated with the crime, but an accessory to their actions afterwards. Which Decker insinuates that helping CG avoid police after their charge is worthy an AAF charge.

They can't find a judge for a court case, but when they are trying to stack charges that don't make sense, they can get three or four judges opinions on how to justify it.

First of all they shouldn’t be doing that, cause if they need to ask a judge then they probably shouldn’t be pushing that specific charge and if the do only ask one judge and not multiple so the others aren’t conflicted

Dundee should have never plead guilty but he was too high off having the highest viewership he's had in awhile n thats what truly matters so he wasnt think to straight. Good thing the server daddys/owners shut that shit down which is why decker been in a crappy mood since.

@@Skrotes for him, I doubt it but am not sure, they dropped pushing accessory on Ellie and Suarez though as from my understanding accessory charges won't exist as well as parole won't exist on nopixel going forward. Whippy will probably have to talk to someone to get his charges changed but like I said he plead *guilty so I doubt they went back n adjusted his.

This is the same Dundee that got proven guilty because a judge said brown bottles = moonshine when the ONLY thing close to a proof was a testimony from a SINGLE officer that said she swirled the bottle and it looked like moonshine.... she never even opened the bottle before Dundee took it away from the cop. It's almost like Dundee knew what the outcome of that court case would've been and decided cut his losses instead of waiting a week for the trial rotting away in prison
