I normally hate mumble rap, but I have to say this Lil Xan guy is amazingly talented at implementing his deep-seated emotions into lyrics using metaphors; in this case, he has cleverly depicted his troublesome relationship with xanax as that of one with a girl - I find it so very sad, particularly as it makes me realise that the words "xan's gonna take ya, xan's don't make ya," etc. are refering to both the drug and himself.

i was never a big fan but gotta admit this song is something else.
