This is a negative comment, but... Take it from the greats : Bob Marley, Garnett Silk, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Michael Jackson, when they do live performances they keep it organic because they know that's how the people want it, nothing extravagant. They rile the crowd just the same. i.e, Bob Marley live performance Santa Barbara California, nothing extra, just the organic music. Dancehall and Reggae are different in this sense, by the way of performance. But too often I see reggae artists in live performances doing it like it is a dancehall thing. But all the same, Lila Ike is my favorite. I just wish that during her live performances she keeps the same organic melody. You know what I mean: just sing the song and pull it up again, but sing it as how we know her to sing. The extra stuff is alright but it takes so much away from the performance.

The audience appears to be predominantly white and so perhaps don't understand the lyrics which would explain non-participatory behavior needless to say I'm a huge fan.
