you have amazing timing and insight! i'm on youtube, twitch, and twitter, but i'm considering tiktok / insta. yep, i'm getting a feel for what kind of creator i want to be. i started out doing music and gameplays, but it took a lot of time / energy to record and edit, so i couldn't post often. i do everything on this channel myself. if i had an editor / team, gameplays would be doable. waiting for youtube to finish reviewing my partner application, so ads aren't enabled yet. if we're accepted, and the channel earns enough, i'd love to hire an editor to help with releasing more content and doing more original / creative things like gameplays! no matter what happens though, i'll keep making videos for you guys. this means a lot to me. grateful. ❤

Just stream it, and drop the entire stream as a video on RU-vid in its entirety, I've seen other streamers do that. Edited snippets can be fun, but there's nothing wrong just dropping a 4 or 5 hour video on RU-vid, people who want to watch will and the people who don't won't, no one will get mad. Actually, sometimes I wish more streamers would do this, sometimes it's nice to watch an entire stream that you missed. Though if you do, try and include chat on screen, chat reactions are fun to read. Never realized ads aren't enabled if you're not partnered... I sometimes upload vids here too, though not often, and I post them straight from my PS4, unlisted, and only to submit the clip to Reddit or something. Just made one tonight of a super hard boss in Nioh 2 that I'm proud of winning. I don't know if ads even show on my stuff, thinking probably not after what yoh said.

twitch link is in the video description. true. i have high content standards and can be a perfectionist about things, but i've thought of doing that. yeah, you need 1,000 subs and 4,000 hours of watch time to qualify for youtube partner, then it can take a month or so before youtube approves your application. sounds like ads probably aren't enabled for you (yet).

Wait, so me watching your videos gets you to partnership faster? I never knew viewers could have that direct of an effect on a channel. I didn't even think they tracked the number of hours total that people have watched. Didn't realize I was helping by just... Watching.
