"It can just feel like possessions aren't your own." This is something I've been reflecting on recently - I'm an oldest sibling and when I was ~7 my little brother was always taking my stuff or asking to borrow my stuff because I was the cool older sibling and he was in that phase where he wanted to copy me all the time. So my mom taught me I needed to "share" but since I never benefitted from sharing (I never wanted any of his stuff) I inadvertently learned that sharing equaled sacrifice. And if I was resistant to sharing/sacrificing my stuff to my brother, I was being rude. So I've always been super defensive over my stuff. I don't have a lot of stuff, but it's MY stuff, and I keep hoping that as long as I don't ask other people for their stuff, maybe I'll be allowed to maintain possession over what's mine. It's kind of a weird spin on childhood causes of this behavior, and it was hard for me to pinpoint because I didn't grow up low-income or super aware of money, which are more obvious and intuitive examples. Do you know how hard it is to have An Aries sun and Lilith in Taurus, I stress sleep so much and when there something due I literally do it so sloppy and messily and fast like an Aries would like so last min.
