Spectruslol calm down kid, I just made a comment with my opinion in it.. and since I just turned 30 I guess I´ve grown out of all the things i need to.. like trying to be a tough guy over the internet *hint hint* ;)
My favorite parts of this cover are 1)The beginning of the chorus when the signer screams "Because:..."; that's really cool, and 2) the "umbrella, ella, ella..." parts. The singer has a strange vibrato during the verses. Also, that guitarist (the one with no shirt) is a beast.
Way to go Sweden :) Great cover. I don't like hip hop at all, but Umbrella has great riffs so it's great that it's been covered for rock. Hälsingar från Finland.
Thank you guys for a great show at Røros yesterday, at Zimla! You guys are simply the best band ever to visit us, and i simply love the album you guys gave me last night! The best covers are those that do homage to the original by elevating it to a higher form, while opening the song up to a new audience who may not have appreciated it in an earlier version. While some consider this a cop-out to originality, I do appreciate when artists/bands put real effort on a remake. Even if nothing changes, I've heard remakes where the later band sounds like they cared more about the song than the original artist. Kudos to those who remake and remix with heart and soul.

Hahah. This is awesome. I can't take it too seriously, since it's a funny idea - singing "Umbrella" like it's a hardcore rock song. I love the drums here. Very nice. And the singer can definitely sing. He's got an awesome voice.
People need to remake more Rhianna songs, because she sings like a dying cat. So, it makes me happy to be able to listen to it without her singing it :P
"Umbrella" was not originally written for Rihanna. Christopher "Tricky" Stewart composed the song in 2007, with American pop singer Britney Spears in mind. Her label rejected the song, claiming to have a suitable amount of songs to work with for her future album Blackout.
