Lilly has inspired me so much and seeing her on tv and more makes me more proud that I look up to her. What an incredible person, she deserves everything.
+SubFindomAddict Why do you feel the need to shit on a positive comment on a positive video? She's using her influence to make good changes, to try and teach a generation surrounded by negativity and hate that they don't need to hate each other, that loving each other is just as good if not better. She makes jokes that make people laugh without resorting to sexist, racist, homophobic or otherwise offensive means. She's a role model and she's changing people's lives, so *how dare you* try to inject your hatred into such a positive environment. And by the way, 'muslim' is not an accent. Those are Indian accents, and I know plenty of Indians that aren't Muslims, or Muslims that aren't Indian. That'd be like saying a someone talks in a Christian accent- what does that even mean?
+SubFindomAddict You do know that her having to do those accents and are portraying her parents has something to do with how traditional wise they think right? Like the cycle of the norm where they say grow up - graduate and get a degree - get married - die? She refuses to be that and choose to be an independent person and thats okay for a woman. It is in no means to insult anyone of any race but to broaden the idea that this is actual Asian culture. Dudee WHAT THE FUCK!?
There's a reason why Lilly Singh is just so inspiring and awesome, she works hard before telling others to do so, she only gives advice on things that she has experienced unlike other RU-vidrs who only aim to give baseless advices for fame and to relate to mainstream public, YO GO GIRL LILY SINGH! PLEASE CONTINUE USING YOUR POPULARITY TO CHANGE THE WORLD FOR BETTER even if it's just a little ITS STILL A LOT 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Some people dont understand , she has come a very long way to be where she is now. Everyone can get to be what the want to be but only if they actually work hard for it. Which is why she said "i wanna bring back the art of working hard" I am so getting this book btw.
Fuck that, I'd rather win the lottery than work my ass off every day of my life, get hardly any sleep, try too hard to cater to everyone to get people to like me, struggle everyday to come up original thoughts and ideas and have little kids up my ass 24/7 asking for pictures..but that's just me. I get where she's coming from but there's other ways to find your passion and success other than thinking you HAVE to work hard for it. We've been told the lie since we were young that unless you work hard for something you don't deserve it and that's just not that case. If you want to work for it that's fine but in my opinion it's a waste of time and effort. You wouldn't look at baby and think he/she doesn't deserve food, water, shelter, happiness, etc. because he/she didn't work for it. Do you think the majority of billionaires of the world stop and think hm I don't deserve all this money because I didn't work for it? No. It all comes down to your beliefs about money and success. Just trying to let people know you don't have to work hard as fuck and there is other ways to obtain abundance if you don't want to go that route. If working hard is intertwined with what brings you happiness like Lilly go for it but I guess that's just not what I want my reality to be.
+Possessedbabies so basically you're lazy and are too bored with yourself to live your life doing what you're passionate about. Lilly taught me to only make decisions that will make you happy, not make other people impressed or jealous.
+Jenny G pewdiepie doesnt do that, although he acts like he does (in his videos) in reality hes not in it for the views lr money or subscribers he doesnt even consider himself famous, if he acta like he is in it for money he is completely joking, we all know it. Even jacksepticeye said that Felix is a really nice guy. Although there are some youtubera in it for the money and fame.
I'm so proud of lilly and how far she has come!!!! She has done incredible things like get to be on the Fallon show twice, done a tour all around the world, get to be on big movies, doing collabs with the biggest celebs, now releasing a book ❤️ this is the first youtuber book I am going to buy. I love you so much lilly, thank you for being an inspiration to me and so many other young people who are lost. Whenever I feel down I honestly think about what Lilly says in her vlogs and think "what would Lilly do" haha I can't wait for this book!
I can't wait to read her book. Right now my other favorite RU-vidrs are fighting so I just want to focus all of my energy on watching the amazing iiSuperwomanii
She's so awesome as a comedian/rapper/dancer but more importantly as a human being , she inspires so many people and has so many positive messages it's hard not to like her , those who hate on her without knowing her are just ignorant assholes.
This is kind of just bias. You don't know that it's going to be better than any other shitty youtube book. You just like Lilly even though as far as you know she could have a ghost writer and release the shittiest book of all. I'm not saying that it will be the shittiest book. I'm just saying there is no way of knowing.
+SirNate in her newest vlog she explains how she is writing the whole thing by herself and is really only getting help from an editor (because those are kind of mandatory)
Yes Lilly! I hate most RU-vidr books(especially if they are like biographical books or just pointless) but Lilly's seems like a book that stays true to who she is, as a RU-vidr and person, while also giving help to those who need it I really want to get like Lilly in her hustle and motivation and will definitely be buying this book
That is such a powerful statement. "I want to bring back the art of working hard for your dreams." I think especially for those of us who are part of the internet generation, as well as millenials, it's so important to realize that our worth as human beings don't come from online validation, just like Lily says. I can read hundreds of cutesy tumblr posts about how friggin' "special" I am and that I'm "good enough" and stuff like that... It's all nice and comforting and it makes it so goddamned easy for us to convince ourselves that we don't NEED to work hard to achieve our goals - because we're "special" and "good enough" already. And then we just go around in circles, wondering why we're not happy. To put it simply: Our generation is a bit spoiled. Most of us have so much potential, but we're not using it, because we've grown up in an environment where validation comes at us from every direction at the click of a button. Very inspiring stuff.
That last quote was so perfect " I want to bring back the art of working Hard for your dreams" this is why I love you Lilly, you are such an inspiration 😘😘
I am glad took her own time to write her book and share her experiences with us. Couldn't be more proud of her. Also, that she got to announce this on such a huge platform. INCREDIBLE!
that's my girl!! It makes me cry when I realize all she's done." How girls get ready" only had 100k+ views and she wasn't even close to 1M subscribers when I subscribed. She was the sole reason for me using creating and using a RU-vid channel - so I can comment on how much I love her videos! So happy you had her on here Jimmy!
Lilly is inspiring everyone around the world and her book is gonna inspire us even more! Lilly Singh is the real deal! No sugar coating, no being cute. She keeps it real!
I'm so proud of you. You have achieved so much and it's blown everyone away. I hope you know how special you are and how much you mean to millions and millions of people.
I encourage everyone to follow her daily vlogs where you can really see how much she works hard everyday to write and upload videos, audition for roles, write her book by herself and sooo many other things! She earned her success!
+Alex Dishotron oh wow having something that every woman has makes her so beautiful. Listen to what she is saying, that should help you decide how beautiful she is.
