In Toronto, this vernacular has made its way into a plethora of communities and cultures. All of which are comprised of “regular” Canadians :)

She's wrong, Drake didn't invent anything at all. He only popularized the term "The 6ix" which was actually invented by Jimmy Prime. Drake is known for being a culture vulture towards the Toronto natives, mostly copying their slang or their dance moves and not shouting them out.

We had a lot of these growing up in Montreal as well. I'd place a lot of it as Eastern millennial slang, not so much all of Canada.

Generally, Montreal slang has been influenced by Haitian Creole, whereas Toronto slang has been influenced by Jamaican Creole.

As a Canadian I can say that 1. Sus isn’t Canada specific slang, I’v heard Americans use it with the exact same meaning. 2. I have rarely ever herd someone actually say Eh. 3. Out of what’s left I would say that I’ve only ever heard reach, truuuu, and Timmies used outside of Toronto.
