he changes Tremor from raising stagger threshold so we can deal more dmg faster, into deal more dmg so we can stagger faster, and Tremor-decay still do something after enemies got staggered now which is great
I do like the direction they're going with tremor, stacking defense level down, crippling your opponents further. I only want paralysis on a tremor unit now...

I'm having so much reverberation rn. I'm actually suffering from 2 bind 1 paralyze smh. Gits and shiggles aside, this ID slaps ass. Somehow just rolls really high and can convert tremor to roughly 3 to 7ish fragile with a tremor team. Fun unit. Would love to see more status converter ids in the future.
To me, Oufi Heath is at least a 8/10 at best, 7/10 everywhere else 7/10 because hes the highest rolling Tremor ID, like, a 15 rolling easy Conditional Skill 1 is pretty strong, all the conditions is surprisingly easy 8/10 because while Decay doesnt do anything yet, at least it actually let Tremor do SOMETHING Permanent Defense Down(At best you get like, -5 from 20 Potency) is really good, and people like Molar, Regret, and Rose benefit a lot from it Only downside is he only Burst once AKA Converting Tremor to Decay with Skill 3 through UT4 Passive, but thats SOO minor compared to everything else about him
That's true, his rolls are above average. He also has a pretty good sin spread, fuels AEDD perfectly too. He still feels mid to me, in a team at least. (Or I just don't like tremor teams against human fights in MD 💀)
Well they did almost everything to save tremor, from dealing wrath dmg, sloth dmg, and now def down. I think the thing tremor needs now is a big dps high roll id like w don and w ryoshu, or something like tremor deluged like flower yi sang.

Once we get more tremor amplitude, it will be a fun and interesting strategy when deciding which effect is more worth for the turn. Like a tremor that reduces clash power, or a tremor that reduces resistance maybe, or an effect that straight up gives paralyze. This new way of playing tremor really opened up a whole lot of possibility that isn't just raising stagger thresholds.

or something like niko (rosespanner) where she's got unique tremor buff like "resonant" (deal x*3 fixed damage & raise stagger threshold by x*3%) and "tremor sync" (enemy -1 clash power/5 tremor)
I think Oufi is a pretty great compliment to the tremor units we currently have. Many of the units with good tremor count/potency application or just good general tremor synergy lack raw skill damage and/or the ability to clash (ex: Rosespanner Meursault, LCCB Ishmael, Rosespanner Rodion has issues clashing with s2 but her damage is good). With enough tremor on the enemy, his final power is around the same level as Cinqclair (better on s1 but worse on s2) which is a big step up from most tremor units which often hover around 16-18 range at best. Also, even though his tremor count application is only on S1, it's not nearly as bad as units like Rosespanner Rodion because his S1 becomes a very respectable 15 roller.
Not bad, but since I don't have any good Tremor IDs and have already heavily specced into Charge, Pride/Poise, and Envy Teams I don't really want to try to build a Tremor team with just him and my LCCB Ishmael. Much rather she be in either Reindeer or Ahab form. If anything I rather have a proper Bleed ID and Ego that helps with Counts, as well as another Burn ID that is on par with Der Outis but without being so exclusive.

I realized something... Base healthcliff is a tremor id too And this is his canto Releasing this id meaning the boss at the of the canto involve with tremor in some way
Consider Ishmael and many few base id have kit that make little sense,thats mean they just PM whatever build because they just want to make id with status effect. But heathcliff is special,power up after skill 2 and additional coin gain on head hit,thats very specific unlike just inflict status,so i guess the boss in this canto will involved with "must staggered the boss/kill it with limited of turn". And the fight give heathcliff bunch of power up and dmg up to deal insane dmg,consider its his canto I would love seeing him rage
