I was playing Ting Tang Hong Lu, Spied a free kill with Mutilate on one of Dulcinea's bloodbags, and XIA JICHUN STOLE HONG LU'S KILL. Feels both on brand and frustrating
I for one welcome our now overlords they actually make me think a bit. Not that a bleed team centering around the ring units didnt demolish this fight. Also dodge exists
shoutouts to Wild Hunt Heathcliff getting 36 bleed potency and 11 count thanks to Memorial Procession hitting 3 bloodfiends with Blooming Thorn on them
Ngl that was my first attempt. After seeing what she does, read some stuff while doing the second run, and everything went smoothly lmao. I just had to see what she did first and k*ll the sinners before doing the fight seriously
same, I went full tryhard mode when Wild Hunt healthcliff went down first from bleed, I was like "oh, a real fight? You're gonna pay for that". fun fight.
for real i spent like an hour getting stuck on finale bleeding me to death with trio teams. sorry for my insolence devs i will make sure to never remove spicesang from my team ever again
i hate to admit the fact ioot took me a second attempt to realize i dont have to target ALL of her skill slots. Still barely won because of the bleed chip damage making everyone a 1-hit stagger to her unbreakable coins.
@@equixhimself9076 Also took 2 attempts because I figured out rushing her down is not the best choice. It didn't help that I played tremor and she resisted sloth...
I still don't know her mechanics lol, I was too tired to read them, so I just deleted her with bleed, it would've been easier with rupture, but I don't have good rupture ids
@@ИргалиЖурумбаевCliff notes version, probably missing details: -several skills have at least one Unbreakable Coin, one has three. Some are AoE, but not all. -Has a scaling Thorns effect that does bleed when she's hit and buffs her skills(gets stronger at 66% and 33%). First version is 1/2 Thorn count as Bleed on hit, Second and third are full value on hit. Can trigger multiple times from an attack, which can make units fragile. Can spread the second and third version to allies at turn start. -Pattern changes at 66% and 33% -Every 2-3 Allies of hers killed causes her to use an AoE next turn, but once all of her allies are down she auto staggers and summons more next turn. Each ally dead makes her lose 1 level of protection until all are gone. -Her skills can target her allies and will buff them instead of damaging them. -If not hit at least once per turn, she gains haste. -Has a Clashable Counter she tends to keep loaded on her final slot.
My only sinner death during this fight was multicrack Faust right as the boss got down to like a hundred health left. Instantly revived by wild hunt the following turn and got the killing blow
I love how Stuido EIM incorporates the scene/backdrop into their OSTs. Like at 0:15 where you hear the fireworks go off in the background. One of if not THE best OST hands down. Awesome fight. Glory to Project Moon.
Heres a reminder that you can leave unbreakable coins to be clashed by the sinner in the slower slots to prevent damage loss due to enemy attacks staggering you. Happy hunting, fellow managers.
for everyone struggling with everything remember your training remember your days in the library you can offset counter attacks with dodges just block the block, evade the unbreakables you can do it managers!
I get the feeling a lot of y'all don't have my general luck in this game xd I keep seeing people complaining about Xichun not winning clashes/not landing enough heads and... that's just my Limbus experience. Period. Like. With the Sinners. They refuse to hit heads consistently even with 45SP, so it's highly unfortunate to see that people are getting my base experience with the Sinners on poor Xichun and blaming her for everything xd Xichun actually did really well for me, she was quite helpful. She had some instances where she acted like my Sinners and didn't want to hit heads, but that's just expected from this game for me. She's actually a really good clasher with some really good numbers and a good damager, a really solid unit all around; just sucks that her AI is probably the same as the Envy Peccatula, which makes her... make some not so good decisions when it comes to what she clashes. I think you just need to learn to work with what the AI chooses for her to clash, she's pretty helpful. Overall, very much enjoyed having Xichun on the team: 10/10, please let us keep her.
Clearly we only won cause Xichun was on our side If she was in canto 6 instead of Verg we wouldn't even have to chase the erlking he would just instantly explode
Came here to say red eyes ryoshu helped me first try this but only by the literal nick of hair. Ryoshu died to bleed but the boss died so It counted as a win. Mind you I used every sinner I could and everyone else was dead expect her. Ryo was there from the start. If it wasn't for her I would've lost. God bless Red Mist Ryoshu
this song gives me the feeling of a line of bloodfiends marching forever, unable to go against the flow of their supervisors, losing theirselves in the midst of it all just like the city. nobody is free as long as they remain related to the city.
Strange choice.. while its definitely top ten i believe the best project moon song (excluding mili songs) would have to be dongbaeks theme. I've truly never come across a theme more beautiful and fitting for a fight than dongbaeks.
The unbreakable 3 coins AOE reminds me of when no librarian had a combat page that could defend against Purple Tear's 3 dice AOE with special effects each dice (more damage basically)
>Dulcinea nearly dead at 170 hp >sinners still at decent hp levels around 150+ >lose clash against "The Finale" >the whole team gets obliterated for 1301 dmg gotta love this game, I haven't experienced this kind of pain since Ruina's Floor of Religion Realization also, shoutout to Sous Chef Gregor for securing the kill with his apple
Uh oh, now the Floor of Literature knows how to dish out AND take bleed damage! (On a more serious note, could you please share some of that knowledge? This Canto has made me very motivated to finally read up fully on bleed, lol.)
@@Robocrab-td8dr I recently redid this level with only two deaths on the same turn she died (only Cinqlair and Xichun), but just keep track of which sinner(s) have the most amount of Bleed stacks as some attacks can increase their clash/final power for every number of stacks the target she is clashing with has. Both Cassetti and Gossy have that but the latter's based on whoever has the most amount of Bleed and it snowballs upward when they have MD buffs. In Dulcinea's case, you can choose to avoid it by winning against her counter with your best clashers and getting Bleed is unavoidable albeit in small amounts until later on. Your sinners are guaranteed to bleed down their first stagger threshold by the time she is down to half HP or the moment she whips out The Finale, by which you should already have a EGO capable of clashing it. This attack is the only skill she does that is capable of giving sheer stacks of Bleed to most of your team (the biggest amount of stacks being given to the one who's clashed with it i'm pretty sure), so be sure to choose carefully who attacks the turn after as she whips out another AOE you must clash. Expect around this point that a couple sinners may bleed to death granted if you want to still consider pushing them to attack or not as Bleed only procs when they do.
Studio EIM going hard on every boss BGM Also shoutout to half my sinking team exploding on the final 100 hp because i didn't see the 30/10+ bleed on them
A huge thanks to the drifting fox for giving the whole team 3 prot, allowing all the sinner to tank that bs 3 unbreakable coin AOE That was a fun fight in a long while
dude this was a HUGE pain Somehow manage to win with no death despised reading only half of the stuff Wildhunt heath has 21 hp left from all the bleeds This fight was a blast
One tried this and had a lot of fun. Only had Yi Sang die from Thorns in the fight--twice due to Wildhunt saving his life only for him to explode from 53 bleed after last hitting the boss the next turn.
I hated this fight for one and only one reason alone. My luck fucking sucks. I genuinely think she has boosted heads rolls, and my sinners have a lowered heads roll chance, because holy fuck why did I lose 2 Rip Space clashes in a row at 45 sanity.
First time she was an absolute wall, second time ishmael decided enough was enough and wingbeat half her healthbar out of existence so that i could skip the finale attack and half the entire fight Thanks
My team was in serious problem, but a helpful Don Quijote decided to die with bleed only to bring my backup faust with Blood sack, thus fight was saved God, this canto is so good
I see a lot of people in the comments stating how difficult the fight was. I was using my bleed team with only one healing EGO and was fine. No deaths by the end of it. Maybe I'm just lucky or have the right team?
This was the worst match up for me since most of my mains ID's are fatal to pierce, add unbreakable coins and most of the sinners are walking to certain death.
I cannot stress enough how HARD i shat a brick when i saw she was a Second Kindred AND Level 85 (then i proceeded to get annihilated but thats besides the point)
Had to do two tries in this fight because in the first one my game crashed, but was vey fun either way. Almost managed to do it with no deaths but wild hunt got like 30 bleed and 5 count and since the fight was almost over i coudn't be bothered to spam counters, but he did manage to bring Dulcinea to death's door.
Reading these comments I am amazed I won with my Lvl 45 N-Corp team. Sure, most of my dudes died to bleed but those Lust attacks they have slayed those vamps real hard.
I won't lie, taking BL into this fight was kind of frustrating, but also a little rewarding when I finally managed to beat it without a single causality*! I probably could have won earlier after I made sure my entire team was level 49 before going in, but I often found losing the momentum just wasn't worth it and they kept killing Meursault which completely invalided point of him getting a run back. (Doesn't help that BL really doesn't give a lot of resources that aren't pride.) *: Hong Lu's sister survived to be part of final barrage, but the bleed got her.
