I think it's even more impressive how absolutely cracked Devyat Rodion is here. I've had similar results with Meursault and Rodion being the top 2, and despite Meursault getting his 2nd slot a lot sooner than her, Rodion keeps up and often even surpassed him despite me having her be 3rd or 4th in order. Not to mention that almost every enemy in Canto 7 so far have resisted Slash and been normal to even fatal against pierce. The craziest thing, I'm not even using a Rupture team with them!
Pretty sure he doesnt get the 10 extra poise on reusing his skill 3 since the conditional to earn it is on Clash win but uh....French Man is still killing it even without that
the new rupture archetype really needs initial count and potency and keep it, ideal team would be lantern don skill 2 into branch of knowledge for 14/3, plus other member to raise it 15+/3+, then forget about potency or count ungabunga I suspect they will release new Sinclair id later for rupture which helps above ungabunga.
I honestly hoping for Bloodfiend hunters to be Burn instead of Rupture, cuz you know... Your enemy can regenerate so you burn em? But i guess Rupture is fair enough, i mean they haven't had anything since....forever so yeah
Probably rupture since the ones we spar with are rupture we might get one fire fist guy who might be burn since it was strange he has a proper portrait
Burn = the literal opposite of water What do the bloodfiends feae? Thats right. Water Also realistically the bloodfiends would just drench themselves in blood gg
@@theoreticalexistence9630yeah season 6 should actually add a universal change where winning a clash applies 1 sinking count and change all keywords into sinking flavors
he's had some of the highest high i've seen on an id. Who the fuck thought a 2 1 / 2 8 / 3 5 rolling id can just casually be released. on average i think he'll still roll around 18/21-24/28 which is still fucking insane. whats up with this clash god.
I am currently thinking about testing Zwei Sinclair with the Outis and Ryoshu passives that give more self-Count, to see how well he can rack it up when given the chance. They only require a total of 4 Sloth Owned to give an ID +2 self-Count per skill (twice per turn) and then +1 Count for all further skills. That puts him at 5 self-count for his first two slots, so if you run him at the head of the team double-slotted, he can be pulling in 10 Count per turn and activating his conditionals quite quickly, I think. At the very least it will make for a fun experiment! As for Meursault yeah he's absolutely cracked out of his goddamn mind. We might see better this Season, but WOW what a good start.
Is it worth it to use that much resources for zwei sinclair? You could get a much better result with zwei ish. I think I agree with the cowman here, zwei sinclair’s only purpose is to make zwei ish better. Or maybe building zwei team for yt content, at least he’s much better than the other zwei sinclair.
@@LongNguyen-cz5ty I am absolutely drowning in resources, so I already 50/IV'd him: I did the entire Canto with a team of 4x Zwei 2x Cinq (Faust Greg Sinclair Ishmael, Don Meursault). I'm not even close to the folks at the top of the ladder but I did pull down a clean 3,000 thread on the season transition. Opportunity cost does not happen to me. :P
So the part doesn't have to be severed for Cinq Meur, it just has to be destroyed which is the same as broken, they just changed the terms a bit ago. Meaning you don't have to severe the slot, just have to reduce the part's hp to 0.
In the context of MD and doing raw damage, I do get the argument of "EDH gregor is much better" (and let's not mention it's RNG unless you have 10 sinking potency and atleast5 count built up). But compare having a limited amount of times to fire off SL before eventually running out of resources and in realistic scenario where ego resource is scarce, Zwei gregor provides valuable Sloth and Gluttony resources to essentially allow your team to fire off NOT JUST solemn lament but also dozens of YS's Sunshower which helps with overall DPS There's a RR4 run video showcasing this genius way of working around sin affinities by using Zwei Gregor
@@shremp69 yeah Gregor like grand scope of kit is just… man wtf were they cooking? Don’t even get me started on Garden of Thorns either. Strongest EGO classification and we got that.
started about month and somehow ended up with all rupture characters, glad to know i just need to get rosespanner gregor and wait walpurgisnacht for lantern don to have a solid rupture base team
As somebody that loves Kimsault, he requires a fair bit of investment for it to be truly great. He's good on his own, but nothing super special without BL Yi Sang or Faust, or at the very least a poise Pride Res team. Cinqsault is probably better without specific teammates, outside of the specific situation where you're forced to take hits and need Yield Flesh and the unkillable passive.
If you already have most of the units (BL Don, BL Yi Sang and BL Faust), go for BL. If not, probably go for other. But in general I'd say that best poise team is mix of BL, Cinq and Pequod.
Honestly the only BL units worth building if you don't have them already are Kimsault and Yi Sang, and only if you have a framework for a poise/Pride Res team. Otherwise, powercreep means you're probably better off ignoring them unless they get new IDs.
