@@paraable8110 talisman gives fixrd amount of rupture potency, but won't be able to stack up without enough count. Count however, is best because the more it gets, the easier it was to stack the potency and increases your overall damage output.
I will never understand abno events. They make you take damage and roll for lowest star and then give us 2 free tier III gifts that completely remove the need for count entirely. This is truly ideal
