My favorite part about phase 1 is that if you win the clash against "I'll Claim Your Life!" It will throw the nail back at her and impale her instead. It's a neat detail.
This fight is a lesson to see if you actually pay attention to what your opponent is doing (Personally, I learned to not instinctively bring R Corp Heathcliff to every fight)

Most important moments for that boss: > Parrying "I shall claim your life!" by using E.G.O., Kromer will be staggered after that (if you won the clash ofc). > If Kromer uses single coin skills, use multi coins skill that have more start speed, like: 4 coins S 8/16 F vs 1 coin S 5/15 F, you'll have better chances to win the clash. >If you have high speed attacks on your characters (but they're on low hp and you don't want them to die), then attack Kromer's Block or Evade - Form 2 >Kromer is now pretty slow, use high speed attacks (even 1 coin S 6/16 F will be pretty useful). >When she goes berserk, parry multi coins red attack by using low price E.G.O., single coin red attacks can be easily avoided by using multi coins attacks. >Sinclair is buffed here, you can use him to tank a little (he gets 20-40% damage reduction and 1 power up).
Since my ipad is really weak and pretty much always crashes with most E.G.Os, (I was lucky to not crash when using an E.G.O to parry "I'll claim your life!" And on the second phase I pretty much just sent the sinners with most health to dangerous clashes and hoped for the best lol
for the sinclair buff, you'll need to gain at least 3 "Signs" unique to the canto 3 dungeon, if not, nothing will happen, however, any buffs regarding kromer and her anti bleed/burn effects will be lowered, that passive would be completely nullified if all parts of the sign has been collected
Dante the clock head’s true identity is actually Dante from the Seven Association general reception from Project Moon’s second game Library of Ruina, but that’s just a theory
I think Dante is from district A or C considering how close they are to district D and how Lion, Wolf and Panther in prologue were doing something that most consider to be a taboo (probably trying to kill Dante because it's the only thing they do there)
You saved the fight for last on your second run so that you wouldn't suffer much consequence, I went straight for it on my first and almost lost everyone after the fight and going to the checkpoint, we are not the same
Surprisingly this boss fight went smooth for me, none of my sinners bit the dust and all that, apparently this is where the steep difficulty curve starts.
Finally beat this damn boss after switching my playstyle to look at what my next skills would be so I wouldn't be stuck with terrible rolls. Other than that I both love and hate this boss fight.
Starting this fight with 0 SP is pure pain, since you can cruise through the triple snake abno’s before this thanks to that extra percent but not this. Vertical Spike
No, you`ll be sent to the last checkpoint ( right behind her ) The scariest part is to not prepare and realise that it`s better to upgrade your IDs and restart the *WHOLE* dungeon bc it theoretically would take less time than actually kill her

Other tips for Kromer: Prior to fighting Kromer, save as much as Sin Resources needed by E. G. O.s of the team you'll use against Kromer. The moment the fight starts, use Unique (or any low-cost) E.G.O. against Kromer's strong attacks (i.e. I Shall Claim Your Life, Noble Purification, The Gripping, or even Sin-skewering Nails, if it's aimed at your weakest member who couldn't be covered because of either Kromer's high speed or other members being too busy to help.)
mfw i got the damien loss event and came to check if the battle is supposed to be a loss and now find out theres even a second form i went with a blunt team and on my best luck got her down to 100 health, it was terrible (coming here i found out theres a lifehack to stun her though so at least next time i know when to use my egos) gonna grind some exp tickets on the dungeon and come back to her now
@@PhantomThiefXI any other ego gifts or special events you can remember? Ive lost with sinclair 3-sign (actually 4, but it doesnt change past 3) many times, but that didnt trigger that ending.
