First one did

A tremor burst raise a person stagger threshold to a dregree based on how much tremor the person being burst is having, certain skill can adds tremor and burst them, you can easily see this with LCB manager ishmael where her S2 adds a total of 16 tremor on the enemy while her S3 burst them and raise enemy stagger threshold to that amount

Tremor burst (as guy above me said) raises the target's stagger threshold (yellow bar) by a certain degree. So for example, let's say an enemy normally would be staggered at 80 HP. If you have 10 potency (leftmost number) of tremor on that target and hit them with a skill that bursts Tremor (written on skill), then they will now be staggered when reaching 90 HP. In this Outis' case, I believe she does 30% of the raised tremor as Sloth damage, so... I think it does 3 additional damage lol. 'Discard' is a way for a unit to remove any skill from that characters' slots (though I believe it only discards from the 2 active slots and the 1 faded incoming skill slot, not the entire queue). It offers some minor buffs for the 3 discarders we have (Self-Tremor for Molar Yi and Molar Outis, and shield health for Dieci Rodya) but the main advantage is being able to get rid of less offensively powerful skills, for example the 'Wait Up!' skill that Outis has. You can use Discard to cycle through skills incredibly quickly and have a few Skill 2s or Skill 3s that you normally wouldn't. It only gets stronger when you're running a solo/lower ally count team, since you get access to more skills.
