Welcome back to the American Falls Farm Timelapse. Some of our fields require lime to boost crop growth, so we purchase lime, load it into the spreader, and begin the liming process. To restock our silage reserves, we prepare the forage harvester and head to the cornfield, where the crop is ready for silage. We also invest in a new truck trailer to transport the shredded corn to the silos. After filling both silos towers with corn chaff, we leave it to ferment. Finally, we mulch the remaining corn stalks to recycle them efficiently.
