“I’m not going to watch four minutes” But he will gladly spend four minutes looking at expensive piano stools and for some reason insisting that the cheap ones we can all see him ignoring don’t exist. Never change big man.
Thing is with quality furniture it lasts forever and holds it's value or even appreciates. It will be in his family for generations. Just think of it as buying 10 take aways, you eat them and they are gone, well this you can keep.
This is my favourite Limmy. I think he's saying 'Ballbags' or 'Get Horlicks' as he ascends into the roadies sweat pit on his chairlift. I'm really not impressed by the stairlift thingy. It's ELTON. He could have gotten Industrial Light And Magic in to beam him out of there instead of getting on a contraption that looks like my half blind builder mate Paddy knocked up during a tea break.
I saw him at vicarage road this year and his voice sounded immense. still so much power in his voice. of course you're not gonna sound the same at 75 as you did when you were younger but this also isn't the best video of him.
Generally you get what you pay for, but with something expensive like a piano you can expect to be slightly overcharged because retailers know you've got a few quid to spare. A fuel cap for a Jaguar probably costs more than one for a Ford, even if they cost exactly the same to manufacture.
Complains about the price of piano stools and says someone should make one cheaper. Acknowledges existence ofonly the most expensive ones on a page full of many half-the-price alternatives.
I produce a video podcast in which I do analysis of the amazing music of the'60s and '70s. You will never find a person who more admires Elton's greatest works. I saw him live when I was 12 years old in 1975; and saw him several more times up until 2001. That's when I said "never again". A friend offered me free tickets to this Farewell tour and I told him "you couldn't pay me to go". The first time I saw this footage I became sick. Elton is no longer the great artist he once was. At some point he decided his legacy as a celebrity and gay activist was more important than his legacy as a great musical artist. This video is a perfect illustration. Here he is touring for the last time and he chooses to carve out 4 minutes of precious setlist time to do a karaoke singalong of his "latest hit" with flavor of the month Dua Lipa. There is literally no human musician featured on this track. It's a complete piece of garbage someone assembled on a computer. This is not the Elton who inspired me to become a musician and artist. This is not the Elton who released some of the finest recordings of the 20th century. I don't know exactly who he is today; but I have no interest in finding out.
@@satyabratamishra4670 😂😂😂😂 Said no one with knowledge of music or vocal abilities ever. Elton sounds like a barking walrus these days. Every single word sounds labored and forced. 1975 was certainly the weakest of his ‘70s tours (cocaine) but his worst of those shows blows away anything he’s uttered in the past 15.
i think he sounds good for his age after everything he has put his voice through and the fact that he is retiring from live touring for he is singing everything in the same key and is on key singing every song of his
For all his semi-fame and fortune (?), Limmy clearly lives in a crap neighborhood. It seems like you often hear a police car in the backround during his streams... Christ, that farewell at the end was so maudlin in its egotism, that I need to get a checkup at the dentists.
