I'm a retired U.S. military guy married to a Filipina, and living full time in the Philippines. These guys are part of a band, so are a bit better than average. BUT, this type thing is VERY normal, and happens almost every weekend. We just went to a party this past weekend, and, of course, the karaoke was going full blast! I sang about 6 songs, and I am NOT a good singer (not terrible either, in my defense!). They don't care! As long as you tried, and joined in, is all they really care about. This is very usual!
It's not a holiday but just an ordinary day in the Philippines. This setting is in a home and you know, almost all houses here has karaoke machines, and almost filipino love to sing as pastime...God bless!

Lemuel LLanes the first guy who can sing was we called him a VIDEOKE KING here in the Philippines. Almost the people who are visited in karaoke bars are they can sing. We can sing a lots with our friends for fun in any place that has been a karaoke machines. Thank for your reaction video.

I remember the original performance of the song by the late, great, soul queen Dionne Warwick ✋️😌💖. The good people of the Phillipines are absolutely BLESSED for vocal talent of all ages, male & female. We see it regularly on the Wish 107.5 Wish Bus videos & so many others 💖🫶🇵🇭

The place is not a restaurant or any musical venue of some sort. it is just a house just prepare for something to celebrate , perhaps aa birthday party or a town fiestaor anything worth celabrating. This people are just friends invited or not but neighborhood gather to celebrate the party. since Karaoke has become our part of life in the philippines , we tend to sing to lessen the burden in life to be positive always, wheter it is a sad happenings or joyful occurrence , we sing just the same.Aside from we are encourage by our parent and relative to sing which begins from our very early stage of our childhood. And if you live on the smae neigbourhood. you know the people who can sing around you. perhaps 90 percent can sing in the invited guest but not all.

Not a restaurant, it's look like a compound neighborhood, maybe a birthday or baptismal, where people gather with friends and they eat and drink with a karaoke videoke set up
There is not restaurant .they are special occation in house the like a birthday party to set up a kareoke machine its normal holiday in the pilipino to sing .❤
