I moved from Silicon Valley to Lincoln in 2016. Purchased a new home. Looked in many places before finding my Lincoln home. The traffic was not bad back then. Very small town feel. Now with many businesses, schools, friendly culture with family oriented activities. I am close to all the shopping and entertainment/sports. I love this town and want to contribute to the success and future of this thriving town. I made a great choice. Good video and advice. Thanks. yes, the Rodeo is so cool. Really enjoyed the competition.

I grew up in Lincoln then moved to Roseville after graduation. I do not miss it! Eventually moved out of California to a small coastal town and bought a beautiful home. Best decision ever!

My wife and I visited the Sacramento area this week. We kept hearing from the Uber drivers that Lincoln was an excellent place for a family. We visited SF for one day and also saw Roseville. The Roseville mall was enormous and the town seemed super nice.

We are thinking about moving to Lincoln. One of our main concerns is that they say it’s very conservative and white. We are originally from Middle East so we don’t perfectly fit in that category. We have been there a few times and it looks really nice but I don’t know if people are friendly.

Lincoln is a great place, and the demographics are changing fast. Everyone is very nice in the area and i haven't hear of any demographic issues there. every one is more focused on the kids

Lincoln is becoming ghetto now . There has been a 15x influx of people from Oakland and south Sacramento. Those types of people are everywhere now in Lincoln.

Thank you for your comment, but are you sure you're referring to the correct Lincoln? Lincoln, CA actually has one of the lowest crime rates in California, as reported by neighborhoodscout.com. Additionally, it boasts some of the best schools according to greatschools.org. As someone who spends a significant amount of time in Lincoln with clients, I can confirm that the city is predominantly comprised of young families and retirees, thanks to the influence of Suncity's master plan.

@@livinginsacramentoca yes Lincoln CA , 6 years ago when I moved here it was in the 65 percentile safest in the state. Now 6 short years later it is in the 40 percentile all according to neighborhood scout . Huge huge difference. Still safe but there is a significant increase in crime. Close to double the crime rates now from 5 years ago. Still relatively low crime rates compared to Sacramento.
