Welcome to the Lincoln City Kite Festival!
Fortuna Found headed to the beach to beat the first heat wave of the summer and captured some of the kite flying, art, and more on display at the Lincoln City Kite Festival. I wasn't able to capture all of it as the festival saw RECORD attendance, and there were so many things going on in such a small space.
